Barely worth the trouble

This app does allow remote access, but it is such a pain that it is barely worth using. I have to hit every button twice to get any effect, and that sometimes means that it takes effect twice and messing things up. The size of the icons are set up for a 27 inch screen and there is no adjustment to the ipad, so even on Ipad Pro they are tiny and very hard to hit. Scrolling is almost impossible on may screens.
All in all a disappointment, but also the only option for using this companys (billing system turned) EHR.
When is one of these programs going to be made that is actually useful for doctors?
